Shipping & Returns
We ship to the world via DHL, at a flat rate of $60.00. This includes full insurance of your item.
New Zealand customers can enjoy free shipping via DHL.
If there is any issue with the shipping of your item, please get in touch with us and we will work with DHL to make sure that your item arrives safely. In the highly unlikely event that your purchase goes missing in transit, we will need to conduct a full investigation with DHL before we can claim insurance.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges if you have changed your mind. If there is a fault with the item, we will do our best to put it right so you can enjoy the timepiece you have selected, or return it for a full refund if necessary.

If you are in any way unhappy with your purchase, please make contact within three days of receipt of the item, and we will do our utmost to put things right.
